TalkGens is expanding, and we’re searching for proactive, detail-oriented professionals to join our Business Analyst (Processor) Team for our US-based 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 campaign. Key Responsibilities:
Work Order Processor — This role requires hands-on experience in processing property preservation work orders for clients such as MCS, Safeguard, First Allegiance, SingleSource, Home365, Cyprexx, Spectrum, and similar platforms. Candidates must be familiar with order review, bid preparation, photo documentation analysis, vendor follow-up, quality control, and timely submission of work orders according to client guidelines.

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree Must
💬 Strong spoken & written English
⌨️ Typing speed: 30–32 WPM + MS Office & Excel proficiency
⚡ Strong multitasking, organization & pressure-handling skills
🧠 Problem-solving mindset with proactive attitude
