Job Responsibility
1. Required Agent must work NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from the office.
2. Calling and converting quality leads from the USA & Canada market to sell products or services.
3. Building trust with clients and delivering value-based sales.
4. Meeting targets with focus and energy.
5. Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
6. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close deals.
Job Requirements
1. 6-12 months of experience in international telesales projects.
2. Excellent track records on MCA, Janitorial, or Air Duct campaigns are a PLUS!
3. HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline.
4. Fluent in English — both written and spoken.
5. High energy and team-oriented mindset.
6. Goal-driven with strong closing skills.

Salary Range
